Are you interested in a peaceful, calm, more comfortable birth? HypnoBirthing offers women a way to experience birthing as it should be! We help women get in touch with their bodies and embrace birth for what it is - natural, normal and healthy.
Classes are available in my home or yours. We meet every week for 5 weeks, each session lasts 2 1/2 hours.
I also offer cloth diapering assistance, breastfeeding support, labor assistance (doula) and babywearing help.
